L’oreal true match foundation is a light weight foundation, with a light to medium buildable coverage. It gives you a natural, semi-matte finish.I use this foundation for everyday wear. It has an SPF of 17 which is always important for your everyday foundation/moisturiser. Here’s just a few reasons why I love this foundation…
Shade selection: There is a massive selection of shades available with over 20 shades, ranging from very light to dark. cool to warm shades so there is honestly a shade there for everyone. I chose shade 2.N Vanilla and its the perfect shade. It claims to have ‘Micro-Match Technology so it captures your skin tone and undertone.
Texture: The texture of the foundation is super creamy and light and it literally glides on to the skin if that makes sense? :)) I have combination skin and I haven’t seem to have any problems with it in my oily or dry areas! Its also really easy to blend into the skin and because of the light texture it doesn’t feel caky!
Coverage: As I said before its light to medium buildable coverage. It looks natural on the skin which if your like me and prefer that for a daytime foundation then this is perfect for you!
Price: It is quiet affordable in my opinion at €14.99, Its available in many pharmacies but the majority of the time I purchase mine on Boots.ie here they constantly have special offers on them like 3 for 2 which is the perfect time to stock up!!
With no makeup then with just one layer of L’oreal true match foundation, brows filled in and tiny bit of mascara.
L’oreal have other products in their True Match range including concealers, blush’s and powders which I definitely want to try if there anything like this foundation! I heard that this foundation was a dupe for the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation and I had to test it out and I honestly prefer the L’oreal true match. I found the coverage wasn’t as good and it started wearing off pretty quick throughout the day.
This is just my opinion, everyone has different skin types and preferences but I just love it and would definitely would recommend it 🙂
